I just returned home after spending breakfast at Gel's.  We went for Mother's day.  I cannot say enough great things about this place.  The service was top notch and everyones food (there were six of us) was fantastic.  Everything was neat and clean and the service was to die for.  We meet with the owner's and their son.  Very nice people.  I will be BACK!!

I went to Gel's Kitchen for breakfast and had the Crepes with strawberries and whip cream and they were the best ever, nice clean place fair prices and I had the nicest waitress she is the owners mother and she was a lovely women and very proud of her daughter's success.

We've been coming to this little spot for years during all it's incarnations, but Gel's is the BEST!  Very creative baked goods using seasonal fruits and veggies:  zucchini bread french toast - wonderful breakfast specials, excellent crepes.  I love the blueberry pancake, full of blueberries and the size of a dinner plate.  Angelica, the owner, is always there, checking on how things are going, AND she does all the baking.  Today, in addition to other yummy delights, she was baking strawberry rhubarb pie.  We took one home with us, warm from the oven.  Can't wait to take home her pumpkin pie and Irish soda bread on St. Patricks.Type your paragraph here.

Gel's reminds me of the local Diner in the middle of nowhere Northern Maine. They cook the best Crepes, Love all of their breakfast items.... Excellant Pies and Pasteries... I personally Love their Cornbread and Banana Nut Bread. Everthing They have is all fresh and homemade. Thank you Gel's for the continued service of great food at a resonable price. Best Breakfast in town.

My wife & I went to Gel's today based on what we read on RI Magazine's online article "Best Breakfasts in RI".  Gel's wasn't chosen, but many commenters within the article wrote that they couldn't believe that it wasn't.  

I'm here to say, they were right. Gel's is fantastic! I had Alvin's Hot Wiener Omelet and it was amazing.  How it is that no one else ever thought of this is beyond me.  My wife had the Irish Benedict and she said it was the best hash she has ever had.

Breakfast was so good we ordered another Alvin's to-go. We mentioned to our waitress that we were from CT and the only bad thing was we lived over an hour away and couldn't have breakfast at Gel's every day.  

On our way out, one of the staff stopped us at the door to personally thank us for coming in and trying them out and wondered how we happened by. We told her our story and she thanked us again. We had great food, great service and great prices too!

This place is AMAZING for breakfast! I always get the sausage and gravy over biscuits l, probably one of the best in the state. It's a family ran restaurant ran by a husband and wife. She also does amazing cakes as well! Along with some tasty homemade sweets! Definitely come in and try the banana bread french toast!Type your paragraph here.

You ALWAYS know who your true friends are in life. Gel overheard that I enjoy carrot cake so she made one just for me. I only had one slice and it was certainlyone of the best carrot cakes I have ever had. It was better than "Gregg's" carrot cake

Go eat at Gel's kitchen today and try the cake!

Gel's Restaurant is the place in town with great food and prices. They will go out of their way to prepare what you like --- the way you like it. It also happens to be my place to meet with friends where I never have to worry about if they will like it or not.
